By accessing or using CoinPepe ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CoinPepe. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each user is assigned a unique User ID (UID) for identification and transfers.
CoinPepe provides an automated AI trading engine that executes trades on your behalf. Trading involves significant risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The AI engine operates identically in both Real and Demo modes.
Deposits are credited within 15-30 minutes after network confirmation. You are responsible for sending funds to the correct network address. CoinPepe is not liable for lost funds due to user error. Supported networks: Bitcoin, Ethereum (ERC-20), BNB (BEP-20), Solana, and Tron (TRC-20).
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours. All withdrawals undergo manual security review. CoinPepe reserves the right to delay or cancel withdrawals for security reasons. Withdrawals require password or 2FA verification.
CoinPepe charges a 10% fee on all AI-generated profits. Internal transfers have a 1% fee paid by the sender. Fee schedules may be updated from time to time with prior notice.
Users may send funds to other CoinPepe users using their UID. All transfers require admin approval. A 1% fee applies and is deducted from the sender's balance. Transfers are final once approved.
New users receive a $50,000 demo account for practice purposes. Demo balances are virtual and cannot be withdrawn. The same AI engine powers both Real and Demo modes. Admin reserves the right to adjust demo balances.
CoinPepe implements IP-based security. When logging in from a new IP address, you will be required to answer your security question. Trusted IPs are saved for future logins.
CoinPepe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in suspicious activity, or as required by law.
Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk. You may lose some or all of your invested funds. CoinPepe is not responsible for trading losses. Demo mode does not reflect real market conditions perfectly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinPepe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Information Collection: We collect name, email, country, UID, transaction data, and IP addresses for security.
Data Usage: Used solely for platform operation, security, and support.
Data Security: All data is encrypted and stored securely.
Third Parties: We do not share your personal information.
Cookies: We use cookies for session management.
Your Rights: You may request deletion of your account and data.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
